These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RemindMe mobile application and related services. By accessing or using RemindMe, you agree to these Terms.
RemindMe is a reminder and memory organization application that allows users to create, store, manage, and receive reminders at future dates and times.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use RemindMe.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
RemindMe aims to deliver reminders and notifications reliably. However, delivery may be affected by device settings, battery restrictions, operating system behavior, connectivity issues, permissions, or third-party services.
RemindMe does not guarantee that reminders or notifications will always be delivered on time or at all.
You are responsible for all reminder text, messages, photos, images, and other content you create, upload, or store using RemindMe.
You agree not to upload unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious content.
Your use of RemindMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
RemindMe may store account information, reminder content, photos, and related data as necessary to provide the service.
RemindMe does not sell, rent, or trade any user data or content.
RemindMe uses trusted third-party providers, including Firebase / Google Cloud, to support authentication, storage, and app functionality.
While we take reasonable steps to protect data, no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance, outages, or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemindMe shall not be liable for missed reminders, delayed notifications, lost data, or damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risks.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
